PCDT Partners Survey Results 2015

As part of our commitment to ongoing service improvement PCDT conducted a survey to gain the views of our partners about the quality of our services (Download the survey PDF).

  5. How likely is it that you would recommend PCDT services to colleagues and other organisations?

    • Have suggested that another organisation which I work with contact PCDT to supply services
    • Have done so recently with 180 and the Learning Partnership.
  7. Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
    • Staff are very friendly and approachable. The organisation is run in a professional manner.
    • Staff are friendly and easy to approach.
    • I have enjoyed working with the young people and staff from PCDT and welcome the opportunity to do so again.
    • The Staff at PCDT are great, and it was really useful for us to be able to access funds through pcdt for first aid training. I have found that our volunteers (of which there are 75) have found it really difficult to access training that they need more than employed members of staff because they don't fit in to the set categories for funding. I know this isn't pcdts fault. but has made it complicated to come to you. (This is in relation to the Peat project).
